What are the standard check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
- Early Check-In (6:00 AM – 11:00 AM): ₱500 per hour
- Late Check-Out (1:00 PM – 6:00 PM): ₱500 per hour
- Check-Out After 6:00 PM: Charged as one full night
All early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to room availability.
Where is the hotel located?
We are located at M.H. Del Pilar Street in Molo, Iloilo City, directly across from John B. Lacson Foundation Maritime University.
Are pets allowed in the Hotel and inside the guest rooms?
We are a pet-friendly hotel.
Pets are allowed in guest rooms for ₱750 per pet, per night. Pets must be non-aggressive, well-behaved, and socialized. Owners are responsible for cleaning up and disposing of pet waste.

No, Hotel Del Rio is a non-smoking hotel.

Enjoy Café del Prado, open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with a breakfast buffet from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM and an international buffet every Saturday from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Guests can also use our swimming pool at the back near the esplanade from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and easily access the esplanade for walking or jogging.
