Hotel del Rio Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your stay, reservation, and use of the facilities and services at Hotel del Rio.

1. Reservation and Rates

  • All reservations must be guaranteed by valid payment details.

  • Room rates quoted do not include applicable taxes and service charges, unless stated otherwise.

2. Check-in and Check-out

  • Check-in time: 3:00 PM

  • Check-out time: 12:00 NN
    Late check-out may be subject to additional charges.

3. Cancellation and No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to arrival may incur a penalty as specified on the booking confirmation.

  • No-shows will be charged the first night’s room rate.

4. Guest Conduct

Guests agree to:

  • Respect hotel property, staff, and other guests

  • Not engage in unlawful or disruptive behavior

  • Pay for any damages or losses caused

Hotel del Rio reserves the right to terminate services for violations of conduct policies.

5. Liability

The hotel is not liable for:

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings unless due to negligence

  • Injuries sustained due to misuse of facilities

Valuables should be secured in provided in-room safes.

6. Child and Extra Person Policy

  • Children below 12 years stay free sharing existing bedding (subject to availability).

  • Extra bed requests are subject to additional charges.

7. Use of Facilities

Use of the hotel’s facilities (e.g., pool, gym) is at the guest’s own risk, and guests must follow posted rules.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
